Spencer Burnfield

Baylor Undergraduate Mock Trial is a trial advocacy team that competes in fictional legal cases in real courtroom settings against other universities in affiliation with the American Mock Trial Association. We travel to compete across Texas and neighboring states for the invitational season in the fall as well as the competitive season in the Spring. We are an entirely student-led team, and we provide opportunities to compete as both mock attorneys and mock witnesses. Baylor Mock Trial provides opportunities to develop skills in public speaking, trial advocacy, and legal knowledge while also enjoying social gatherings, tight-knit community, and fierce competition.
